HIRVONEN, James K. (USA) Dr. James K. Hirvonen has over thirty years experience in the field of surface modification and near surface analysis by energetic ion beams. He has worked at the US Naval Research laboratory [1971-1982], private industry [1985-1991], and the US Army Research Laboratory [1991-present].
