The registration fee for participants and students will include:

CANCELLATIONS

The following charges will be levied in the event of cancellations with notification delivered to ASITANE EVENTS by August 1, 2005

Members: USD 50 Students: USD 25

There will be no refund of registration fees for any cancellations after August 1 2005. Full registration fee must also be paid if the participant does not attend the conference. Cancellations will only be accepted in writing.
