Nikolay Sochugov was born in Russia in 1964. He has got PhD (Candidate) degree from Tomsk High Current Electronics Institute, Russian Academy of Sciences in 1997. He is a deputy head of Applied Electronics Laboratory of High Current Electronics Institute.
His scientific interests include development of the equipment and technologies for thin film deposition on large - area substrates: magnetron sputtering systems, ion sources, power supplies.
